All
orders placed with G7Submit.com are subject to the following
terms and conditions and by placing your order it is understood
that you have read and agreed with these terms.
G7Submit™
will not be held responsible for the rank you attain with
any of the search engines. The position you attain is based
upon the same factors as other websites that are submitted
by any other person. The reasons for these are many, among
which are criteria set by individual search engine such
as content relevancy, importance of website, proper choice
of keywords, etc. But you can be assured that you will definitely
be listed in the top search engines.
The
client understands that even if the individual search engines
do not rank their site at the top, due the individual search
engine criteria, once listed, that it will still count as
a fulfillment of our obligation.
Client
understands that the statistics system utilized by G7Submit™
will serve as the official record of guaranteed listing.
G7Submit™
does not guarantee sales, nor will be held responsible if
none are generated. We will get your site listed. It is
up to you to make sales or become profitable.
REFUNDS, CREDITS AND CANCELLATIONS: The Services are based
on a fee paid via the Client's credit card. G7Submit™ generally
does not issue credits or refunds in the event of a change
in Services requested or cancellations. However, in certain
situations G7Submit™ customer support will review requests
for refunds and credits. The decision to process and honor
a Client's refund or credit request will be at the sole
discretion of G7Submit™ customer support and will be based
on the facts and circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
FORCE MAJEURE: Except for Client's payment obligations,
neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in
performing any obligation under this agreement that is due
to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural
catastrophes, government acts or omissions, laws or regulations,
labor strikes, communications systems breakdowns, hardware
or software failures, transportation stoppages or slowdowns,
or the inability to procure supplies or materials.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATIONS: The terms of this agreement
constitute the entire agreement between G7Submit™ and the
Client regarding its subject matter and its terms supercede
any prior or simultaneous agreement or terms, whether oral
or written. Except as provided herein, any waiver, modification,
or amendment of any provision of this Agreement will be
effective only if in writing and signed by the parties herein.
If any provision of these Rules is held to be unenforceable
for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to
the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, and
the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. Any
failure of G7Submit™ to enforce any provision of these Rules
shall not constitute a waiver of any rights under such provision
or any other provision of these Rules.
In no event shall G7Submit.com be liable for
any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages
whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits,
whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous
action, arising out of or in connection with the use or
performance of the information provided.
In the event of any dispute arising from these
terms of agreement, the laws of the province of the United
Kingdom and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein
shall be deemed to govern.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject
to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or revise subscriptions
at any time.
We
cannot accept sites that contain content or links/banners
to adult sites with pornographic images or links, sites
promoting hate speech, firearms, tobacco or alcohol
related ads.
